Neil Watson Joins the Lowers & Associates Team 

Watson, an experienced professional in the insurance industry, brings various relationships and management expertise to the Lowers & Associates team, and will assist with Fine Art, Jewellry, and Specie risk mitigation services offered to the market.

(Purcellville, VA) Lowers & Associates welcomes Neil Watson to the London team, effective March 1st. Watson previously held positions with the top 3 global insurance broker operations in the London market, focused on the cash handling insurance industry. His most recent position was with JLT Specialty as a Senior Partner. We are pleased to have Neil joining our organization and look forward to his participation in the expansion of the London office.

Attempted Armored Car Robbery Results in Gunfight; Houston, TX

Three armed suspects opened fire on an armored car guard in the process of servicing an ATM at a Harris County Comerica bank. The guard returned fire and the suspects attempted to flee the scene in a vehicle; however, they were blocked in by the armored car and were forced to flee on foot.

Suspect Steals Bag of Cash from Armored Caro; Akron, OH
March 15, 2022
An unidentified suspect was able to steal a bag of cash from the rear of an unsecured armored car while the guard was picking up a deposit. The guard observed the theft and, while the suspect was able to flee the scene, he was apprehended by police shortly thereafter and the cash was recovered.

Multiple armed suspects ambushed and shot an armored car guard during a delivery at a Wells Fargo bank branch in Riverdale Park, MD. The suspects shot the guard and fled the scene.
