Lowers & Associates Strengthens Team, Welcoming Christina Madden as a Claim Manager/EGA

Christina Madden will serve as a Claim Manager/EGA, focusing on claims handling and managing L&A’s TPA services.

(Purcellville, VA) November 27, 2023 - Lowers & Associates, an international leader in enterprise-wide risk mitigation and loss prevention, announces the hiring of Christina Madden to serve as Claim Manager/EGA. In this role, Christina will use her experience in claims handling and managing Third Party Administration (TPA) accounts to expand L&A’s client base.

Throughout her career, Christina gained expertise in liability/casualty claims handling, insurance, adjusting, settlement negotiation, investigations/researching, claims resolution and customer service. With her unwavering motivation and results-driven approach, Christina will lead L&A’s TPA program and deliver exceptional service and responsiveness to L&A’s clients. This program works to reduce the claims lifecycle and enable effective loss controls, helping resolve claims quickly and accurately to get insureds back on their feet.

Suspect Shot and Killed During Attempted Armored Car Robbery; Greensboro, NC
September 10, 2024
An armed suspect attempted to attack an armored car guard who was servicing an ATM in the parking lot of a Guilford County Food Lion; however, the suspect was shot by the guard while an accomplice fled in a getaway vehicle. The suspect died at the scene and was later identified as Devonte Scott who was awaiting trial following an arrest in June for planning to rob an armored vehicle.

A lone suspect attempted to steal the firearm an armored car guard who was in the process of servicing an ATM; however, the guard wrestled the suspect to the ground and held him at gunpoint until police arrived.

Armored Car Guard Shot & Injured During Robbery; Statesville, NC
August 30, 2024
Two armed suspects ambushed an armored car guard as he was exiting a CVS pharmacy. The suspects opened fire on the guard, striking him in the torso, but the guard was able to return fire and the suspects fled the scene. The guard was transported to a nearby hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
